The National Agricultural Statistical Service (NASS) of the USDA released their annual farmland value survey. Overall, the report indicated US Farmland values increased 9.4% since 2012. Arkansas Irrigated cropland increased 12.7% while Non-Irrigated cropland had no change in value. Mississippi Irrigated and Non-irrigated cropland increased 12.1% and 10.6%, respectively on average. Missouri Irrigated and Non-irrigated cropland increased 15.4% and 13.6%, respectively on average.
